ALTERNATIVE FUELS: COMPONENTS VSI

This instrument converts liquid LPG to vaporized LPG with the use of the coolant system. It also reduces the pressure of the tank to working pressure.

The wiring loom connects the signal/supply wires from the engine and the connections of the gas components to the VSI-ECU

• Complete wiring harness: color coded, with text and numbering to ensure simple and efficient installation
• Watertight connectors minimum IP54
• Petrol Injector simulator(s) integrated into the wiring loom
• 4/6 and 8 cylinder versions. With or without Bosch injector connector type for plug and play installation

Injects LPG in inlet manifold for each cylinder. Developed in cooperation with Prins by Keihin Corp, Japan. The injectors are mounted on an injectorrail with 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 injectors.

This instrument is used for filtering particles out of the fuel to prevent damaging the injectors. The filter unit is also equipped with a pressure temperature sensor for measuring the pressure and the temperature of the fuel.

This instrument is used for controlling the VSI-system. Equipped with an ECM capable of controlling up to 8 cylinders.

Operated by a touch key to manage fuel choice, monitor fuel supply and report possible errors.
