In addition to remanufacturing a complete line of domestic and import diesel engines including Caterpillar, Cummins, Detroit, GM, International, Isuzu, and Perkins, JASPER offers a selection of diesel engine fuel system components including fuel pumps, injectors and turbochargers for select diesel applications.

Diesel Engine fuel system components offered by JASPER include:
- DS pump for GM 6.5TE engines
- DB2 pump for GM 6.2 & 6.5 and International 6.9 & 7.3 engines
- VP44 pump for Cummins ISB & Common Rail engines
- All Bosch in-line pumps
- V-style pump for Caterpillar 3208
- Governor for Caterpillar 3116
- Injectors for GM 6.2 & 6.5 and International 6.9 & 7.3 engines
- Turbochargers for GM 6.2 & 6.5 and International 7.3 & 444 engines
All JASPER pumps are calibrated using the latest test specifications.
The VP44 pump is tested on JASPER's state of the art Bosch 815 test stand. The PSG (electronic controller) is re-flashed to new pump parameters. All pre-1999 PSG units are discarded.
The DS pump includes all new PMD and transfer pump blades.
The DB2 pump includes all new transfer pump blades, delivery valve and advanced piston.
Genuine Bosch parts are used on all of the Bosch in-line pumps we remanufacture.
All injectors come equipped with a new valve.
All turbochargers are built with new center sections.
All injection pumps carry a 1-year Parts & Labor Warranty, with labor capped at a $125.00 total. All turbochargers carry a 1-year Parts &Labor Warranty, with labor capped at $100.00 total. All injectors carry a 6-month parts only warranty.
