| All Mercruiser, OMC Cobras, Volvo
SX and Volvo DPX are disassembled,
thoroughly cleaned and inspected. |
After inspection, all qualified cases
are remanufactured back to OE
specs. Cases receive a 9-step paint
process. |

Case remanufacturing is done in
several steps.

| Two coats of acrylic enamel paint
are applied. Then it’s baked at 130
degrees for 45 minutes. |
All shafts are inspected for
straightness and for twisted
splines. Seal areas are rechromed
to ensure proper sealing.

Upper units which shift in the lower
receive new gears, bearings,
shims, seals, O-rings and U-joints.
Cobra units include a new water
pump assembly.

Units that shift in the lower receive
all new gears, bearings, shims,
gaskets, seals and O-rings.
Mercruiser units receive a new
water pump assembly. |

All Bravos and Volvo SX & DP
units come with new gears, cone
clutch, bearings, seals, shims and
O-rings. Pictured above is the
heavy-duty kit for Bravos.

All units are assembled to manufacturers’
specifications and tolerances. |

| To receive full core credit, just turn in
the like for like core with all the parts. Even cores with visible holes
or cracks receive full core credit. |
