As part of JASPER's Veterans Day luncheon held on November 11th, representatives of the Indiana Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) were on hand for a special signing ceremony to re-affirm JASPER's commitment to the ESGR. The ESGR is an organization dedicated to helping Veterans obtain employment after they leave the military. JASPER currently employs 179 Associates who serve, or have served in the military.... that's 10% of our workforce! According to the ESGR, the average company's workforce includes only 1% Veterans.
