A Great Weekend for JASPER Race Products at Dover International Speedway

It was a strong showing for JASPER Race Products, with five drivers finishing in the top ten at Dover International Speedway in Sunday's FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks. Kyle Busch finished fourth with a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, Brad Keselowski finished fifth with a JASPER Differential, Clint Bowyer finished sixth with a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, Joey Logano finished seventh with a JASPER Differential and Mark Martin finished 9th, respectively, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission. JASPER Offers Late-Model Cummins ISB 6.7L Rear Gear Train Complete Diesel Engine

Cummins 6.7L RGT                               Jasper Engines & Transmissions is pleased to announce a product extension to our Cummins 6.7L diesel engine family. JASPER now offers the late-model Cummins ISB 6.7 liter Common Rail Rear Gear Train Complete engine for the following 2007 and newer applications:

  • Freightliner Truck
  • Blue Bird Bus
  • Thomas Bus
  • Ford F650 & F750

This engine is available on exchange. It includes the block, head, crank, cam, rods, valve train, oil pump, oil pan and pickup tube, oil filter, oil cooler, inner & outer gear covers and finishing gaskets. "JASPER’s remanufactured engine includes machining, assembly and testing processes that will help assure the customer of maximum engine life and performance," said Fred Ernst, JASPER Diesel Marketing Manager. Oklahoma Aid is on its Way...

Donation Trailer Jasper Engines & Transmissions has this trailer scheduled to depart Saturday afternoon to deliver items directly to the People impacted by the tornado in Oklahoma. Jasper Engines & Transmissions, OFS Brands and German American Bank are collecting items at various locations throughout the county for victims of the recent tornado in Oklahoma. The following items are being requested: bottled water, Gatorade, wet wipes, diapers, individually wrapped snacks, hand sanitizer, sun screen, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, work gloves, heavy duty trash bags, shovels and buckets. Clothing will not be accepted. Cash donations can be made directly to German American Bank. All German American offices are registered collection sites with the American Red Cross to accept donations for the Oklahoma tornado relief efforts. You can drop off any cash or checks written to the American Red Cross at any of their offices in southern Indiana. Items can be dropped off in Jasper Friday, May 24 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. and tomorrow, May 25 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at the Jasper Engines & Transmissions trailer at Christian Church of Jasper, located at 1450 Energy Drive. The Huntingburg site will be taking donations on Friday, May 24 from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the OFS Brands trailer in the parking lot of Memorial Gym, located at 412 E. 5th Street.

A One, Two Finish for JASPER Race Products at Darlington

It was a first place finish for Matt Kenseth and a second place finish for Denny Hamlin in the Bojangles Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway this past weekend. Joe Gibbs Racing drivers Denny Hamlin, Kyle Busch and Matt Kenseth have their cars equipped with the JASPER traditional three-rail 4-Speed Transmission. Michael Waltrip Racing drivers Martin Truex, Jr., Mark Martin and Clint Bowyer use JASPER’s single-rail version of the 4-Speed.
