JASPER® Race Products Performance Report

Harvick Turns Michigan Double with a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, Allmendinger Second in Xfinity Series

Kevin Harvick, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, won two NASCAR Cup Series races held at Michigan International Speedway.  In Saturday's Firekeepers Casino 400, Harvick led a race-high 92 of the 161 laps.  Martin Truex, Jr. finished third, and Kyle Busch was fifth.  Drivers using JASPER products finished in five of the top ten positions at the finish.  In Sunday's Consumers Energy 400, drivers using JASPER products swept the top four finishing positions.  Finishing behind Harvick, who led 90 of the race's 156 laps, was Denny Hamlin in second, Martin Truex, Jr. in third, and Kyle Busch was fourth.  Drivers using JASPER products finished in five of the top ten positions at the checkered flag.  Harvick's weekend double was the first time a NASCAR Cup Series driver posted victories on back-to-back days since Richard Petty on July 14th, and 15th, of 1971.  AJ Allmendinger, also running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished second in Saturday's Henry 180 for the NASCAR Xfinity Series at Road America in Wisconsin.  Chase Briscoe was third, as drivers using JASPER products placed in three of the top ten positions at the finish.

Jones Earns NASCAR Xfinity Series Overtime Win at Kansas with JASPER 4-Speed Transmission

Brandon Jones, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, won Saturday's Kansas Lottery 250 for the NASCAR Xfinity Series.  Jones took the lead on the final lap of overtime for his second series victory of 2020.  Harrison Burton finished third, and Ross Chastain was fifth.  Drivers using JASPER products placed in five of the top ten finishing positions at the checkered flag.

Denny Hamlin, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished first in Thursday's NASCAR Cup Series Super Start Batteries 400.  Kevin Harvick finished fourth, as drivers using JASPER products placed in five of the top ten finishing positions at the checkered flag.  Brandon Jones also running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished second in Thursday's Kansas Lottery 250 for the NASCAR Xfinity Series.  Harrison Burton was fifth, as drivers using JASPER products placed in four of the top ten finishing positions.  Both races were run at Kansas Speedway.

Busch, Harvick Earn Top Five Finishes at Texas with JASPER 4-Speed Transmissions

Kyle Busch, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished fourth in Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series O'Reilly Auto Parts 500.  Kevin Harvick finished fifth, as drivers using JASPER products placed in four of the top ten finishing positions at the checkered flag.  Chase Briscoe, also running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished second in Saturday's My Bariatric Solutions 300 for the NASCAR Xfinity Series.  Harrison Burton was fourth, as drivers using JASPER products placed in five of the top ten finishing positions.  Kyle Busch crossed the finish line first in the race, but his #54 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota failed NASCAR post-race inspection, relagating him to a 37th place finish.  Both races were run at Texas Motor Speedway.

Busch, Harvick & Hamlin Earn Top Five Finishes at Bristol with JASPER 4-Speed Transmissions

Kyle Busch, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished second in Wednesday's NASCAR Cup Series All-Star Race at Bristol Motor Speedway.  Kevin Harvick finished third, and Denny Hamlin was fifth.  The ninth-place finish by Aric Almirola, also running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, was the best among drivers who advanced to the NASCAR All-Star Race by winning a stage in the NASCAR All-Star Open preliminary race held at Bristol.  Drivers using JASPER products placed in five of the top ten finishing positions at the checkered flag.

Custer Wins Kentucky Thriller with JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, Briscoe Second in Xfinity Series

Cole Custer, running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, won Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart at Kentucky Speedway.  Custer completed a four-wide pass for the lead on the race's final lap to earn his first NASCAR Cup Series victory.  Martin Truex, Jr. finished second, and Kevin Harvick was fourth.  Drivers using JASPER products took three of the top five finishing positions, and five of the top ten, at the checkered flag.  Chase Briscoe, also running a JASPER 4-Speed Transmission, finished second in Friday's NASCAR Xfinity Series Alsco 300 at Kentucky Speedway.  Justin Haley was third, and Ross Chastain was fourth.  Drivers using JASPER products placed in four of the top ten positions at the finish.
