Cummins 6.7L Holset Front Gear Turbo

- Actuators are remanufactured and calibrated for optimal performance and function of the VGT mechanism.
- JASPER performs component balancing to ensure the highest quality product. Turbine shafts are balanced, both individually and with the compressor wheel attached, prior to being assembled in the housing.
- High Speed Core Balancer spins the center section at 70,000 RPM to ensure correct balance, assembly and integrity of rotating assembly at operational speeds.
- Turbine shafts and bearing housings are inspected with a profilometer to ensure an RA surface finish of 35 or less to verify a smooth surface and reduce friction.
- JASPER uses a bore gauge to ensure proper clearance of oil between the bearing and the bearing housing.
